Paid to Click aka PTC programs are very popular among newbies to earn money online and also those who want to earn money fast. 90% of these PTC programs are scams which never pay. Also PTC programs are not the way to become a millionaire by earning money online. Because you get paid around $0.001 for a click and you get not more than 10 clicks per day to click. So not a great way to earn money online.
